Delivery and return’s

UK delivery only
All orders are made to order so please allow 5-7 days for despatch however we aim to get them out sooner. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail. 

Note, an additional charge may be incurred for certain items, this will be displayed at checkout.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped. Keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us at meltwithjoy@icloud.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
